Ingredients
1large egg
1/4cupfeta cheesecrumbled
1/4teaspoondried oregano
1/4teaspoonred pepper flakes
1teaspoonolive oil
1slicewhole grain breadtoasted
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the crumbled feta cheese, forming a circle with an empty center for the egg.
Once the feta begins to sizzle and brown, gently crack the egg into the center of the feta circle, being careful not to break the yolk.
