Ingredients

  • 8 slices of Italian bread
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter softened
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  • In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, oregano, and salt.

  • Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on one side of each bread slice.

  • Place the bread buttered side up on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy.
