- 8 slices of Italian bread
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter softened
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, oregano, and salt.
Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on one side of each bread slice.
Place the bread buttered side up on a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy.
