Eggs are a go-to breakfast in my home. They’re easy, there is just one ingredient to them that I ALWAYS have on hand, and they are chock full of protein. They keep you full, give you energy, and taste great- there are SO many ways to prepare, cook, and enjoy eggs so they just don’t get old or boring!
Some of my FAVE ways to eat them are in Cod Scrambled Eggs, Zucchini Noodles with Pesto fried Eggs, and Mexican Stuffed Sweet Potatoes with Eggs for a fun Mexican twist! Today, I’m going to show you how to make hard boiled eggs in air fryer, which is something I do all the time. Here’s how:
Arrange
Place your eggs in the mesh basket of your air fryer. Arrange them so they all have enough space and aren’t touching each other. You can do the eggs in two batches if it makes them less crowded.
Cook
Let the eggs cook at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Then, turn the air fryer off and let the eggs stand for 10 minutes. Keep in mind that I have only tested MY air fryer, so the timing might be different on yours and you may need to do a minute or two less or more to get your eggs to that perfect hard boiled texture.
Cool
Transfer the eggs to a bowl of cold water to cool for about 10 minutes.
Enjoy
Once cooled, remove the eggs from the water, dry off, peel and DEVOUR!
