Finger-licking good without the bone-sucking hassle!

I don’t know about you, but I have a tenderhearted love-hate relationship with chicken wings. On one hand, I can’t deny the flavor! The juicy dark meat of drumsticks is incomparably scrumptious and there’s something so satisfying about sauce-tossed wings! On the other hand, I’m tired of fidgeting around the bones! It can be so much work to get every shred of meat off of the cartilage and you still might manage to get a bit of bone in your bite! Not to mention that same sauce when in your hands turns your fingers into a mess of eye-watering spice!
So, when I can, I almost always order boneless chicken wings! It’s sort of the best of both worlds; chicken wings that are delicious and saucy while also being mess-free and fuss-less to eat! Pop-able bites of boneless chicken give you taste and convenience, which can be a real treat when you’re super hungry and just want to chow down!
At FFF, we’re all about getting to DEVOUR your favorites!
That’s why our boneless chicken wings are the perfect plate to serve up next time you’re hosting a game day feast, cooking for a hungry little one, or satiating a craving for some finger-licking delicious chicken! Meaty inside, crispy outside, and just as easy to eat as they are to make (and vice versa!), boneless chicken wings are delicious on their own, with dippable sides, or tossed in your favorite wing sauce!
Are Boneless Chicken Wings Healthy?
Studies over the years have gone back and forward about whether or not dark meat is healthy for you; however, one thing that has remained steadfast despite all the foodie flipflopping is that white meat chicken is both delicious and nutritious! While high in protein, white meat also has highly necessary B vitamins.
They are, however, definitively not vegan. If you’re looking to make boneless chicken for vegan eaters, I can’t recommend seitan any higher! Seitan is delicious and tastes just like white meat chicken when prepared right! It has all the protein you could ask for out of chicken while not breaking vegan edge!
Boneless chicken Is NOT Chicken Nuggets!!
You may have heard from chicken wing purists that boneless chicken wings are just chicken nuggets with an upcharge on the menu – this is wrong.
While they may seem pretty similar in some ways, they’re made very differently! Chicken nuggets are composed of a meat mixture which doesn’t discriminate between the different parts of the chicken. Chicken nuggets are usually made by blending the meats into a filler paste that tastes like chicken, can be molded into shapes, and fries evenly in oil.
Boneless chicken wings are distinct because they’re made from tenderized chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces before breading and frying. Because it is entirely made of white breast meat, you can guarantee that your boneless chicken is a step above chicken nuggets in every way!
No matter how you feel about the distinction, by making them yourself, your boneless chicken will be far from “just chicken nuggets”!

FAQs & Tips
Boneless chicken wings are delicious when served fresh out of the fryer. However, if you’re looking to serve boneless chicken wings as leftovers or a midnight snack, you’ll want to store them in a sealed container for up to three days. When you go to reheat them, pop them in the air fryer with a thin mist of olive oil to get them hot and crispy again!
Once your wings are thoroughly fried, you’ll want to toss them in your favorite wing sauce to perfectly coat them in that classic wing deliciousness! If you’re using a dry seasoning, mix it into your breading mixture and coat the chicken with spicy flavor right in the bite!
Mustard is a go-to for boneless chicken wings in my house! If you’re making unsauced wings, serving them with a flavorful dip like ketchup or mustard is an easy option! If you’re whipping up a batch of brilliantly sauced boneless wings, serve them with your classic accoutrements like ranch, buffalo, and horseradish!
Serving Suggestions
Next time it’s game day and you’re having homemade boneless chicken wings, serve them up alongside sports bar and grille favorites like air fryer fried pickles or buffalo dip (with cauliflower!). When it’s time to feed your keto cravings (or to give those little mouths something better than chicken nuggets to eat), boneless chicken wings go perfectly with keto-friendly garlic roasted chickpea wraps! If you’re having a midnight snack and you want to go all out, serve up boneless wings with hash brown waffles for the perfect plate that scratches every satisfactory itch!
