They reheat like a dream, too—simply pan-fry them until hot and sizzling, or throw them in a 350 degrees F oven for about 15-20 minutes.

Achieving the perfect mixture balance

When mixing your ingredients together, you want to create a very moist mixture. However, you definitely don’t want it to be dripping wet. Adjusting the milk amount can help ensure you don’t accidently make soggy meatballs. I recommend 1/4 cup of milk, but you can use slightly less or more if your mixture needs it.

Butter is best
