Thoughts about what God has been teaching me throughout the week!

Hi friends!

It’s been awhile! With the move and getting settled,  I haven’t had a lot of time – but I am feeling settled now and wanted to get back into a monthly faith post!

I did a Facebook Live the other day about my top verses that help me focus on GOD and not food and my body, and I thought they would be really helpful for you too!

I explain more about each verse, and what it means to me, in the actual video, but for your reference, I talk about:

1 Corinthians 10:31 – So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.

Matthew 6:25 – “Therefore I tell you, do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink; or about your body, what you will wear. Is not life more than food, and the body more than clothes?

1 Timothy 4:8 – For physical training is of some value, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come.

1 Corinthians 6:12 – “I have the right to do anything,” you say–but not everything is beneficial. “I have the right to do anything”–but I will not be mastered by anything.

I would love to hear what resonated with you more! Let me know in the comments!

Happy Sunday!

P.s this is a replay of a Facebook live, if you’re wondering why I talk to people -they were commenting 🙂
