We’re on the air fryer pork train! Choo choooooo! đźš‚
I know, that was quite an intro, but we JUST had air fryer pork chops so it just made sense.
The thing about this recipe is it’s just simple and GOOD.
It doesn’t have crazy, bold flavors like the asian Instant Pot pork tenderloin. I tried 4 different spice variations to give you some more PIZAZZ…
…But this simple little number always came out on top.
And you know what they say?
KISS = Keep it simple stupid.
So, today, we’re keeping it simple.
But, not stupid because no one here is stupid ❤️
Can you cook Pork Tenderloin in the Air Fryer?
Okay, so if you know me aaat all, you know I love me a good kitchen gadget! The air fryer happens to be one of my go-to must have appliances in the kitchen, because it makes DELICIOUS food with so much less oil than traditionally fried food, but doesn’t sacrifice on taste, texture or flavor! AND did you know that you can even cook pork in the air fryer? YES, it’s true! Today’s pork tenderloin air fryer recipe is SO simple to make, is extremely flavorful, and will free up your oven and stovetop for whatever sides you want to serve with it! Also, here on the blog I have endless chicken and beef recipes, but not as many for pork (which when cooked right, is BOMB) so I thought it was time to change that. Along with green curry pork tacos and honey mustard slow cooker pork loin, I decided to add this bad boy to the list and trust me when I say you’ll be glad I did!

How long to cook Air Fryer Pork Tenderloin Slices
If you’re looking for tender, flavorful and delicious air fryer pork roast, then it is VERY important that you understand that cook time is everything! If you undercook your pork, it won’t be safe to eat. Likewise, if you overcook the pork tenderloin, it will end up dry, tough, and less flavorful. For this pork tenderloin recipe, you will want to cook the meat for 12 minutes on one side, then flip it over and cook an additional 10-12 minutes until the pork is done.
Pork Internal Temperature
If you’re wondering when your air fryer pork tenderloin is done, the safest and most foolproof way to know is by checking the internal temperature of the meat. The tenderloin is done when the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
What to serve with Air Fryer Pork Tenderloin
This is one of those slices of meat that is super tasty all on its own, but it shines best when served with nutritious side dishes! I recommend cooking up some red skin mashed potatoes and a side of colorful asparagus stir fry to finish off the plate. If you want to make something a little kid friendly, you could pair it with air fryer potato chips. For a low carb option that is keto-friendly, serve this tenderloin alongside some cauliflower rice and roasted radishes!
YES! Pork tenderloin is a fabulous cut of meat to enjoy if you’re looking to eat a little bit healthier. It is one of the leanest cuts of pork, is boneless, and is surprisingly JUST as lean as a boneless, skinless chicken breast.
400 degrees F is the perfect temperature to cook your pork tenderloin no matter if you are cooking it in the air fryer or not!
Pork loin takes about 20-24 minutes in the air fryer. I recommend cooking it on one side for 10 minutes, then flipping and cooking about 10-12 minutes. Watch it closely at the end so it doesn’t overcook and dry out!
If you don’t have an air fryer, follow all the steps to season the pork. Then cook it in a 400 degree F oven for about 20-24 minutes – the same as the air fryer!
