Why you will LOVE This Tuna Salad

If you know me, you know I am very much NOT A FAN of boring salads. If I am going to be eating healthy salads, I want them to also be fun and interesting, like my Mediterranean Tuna salad, and I am not interested in eating the same salad every single time. Here at FFF, we have recipes like mediterranean cucumber salad and balsamic grilled vegetable salad, among SO many others. Today I am bringing a full meal deal, keto friendly salad to your table that is also healthy, filling, and DELISH! Enter in the most tasty keto tuna salad recipe. It’s loaded with simple but nourishing ingredients that you will feel confident about eating and the flavor is also incredible!

How to make Keto Tuna Salad

This is one of the EASIEST recipes here on the blog to put together. It’s not fussy or finicky or difficult at all- here’s how to make it at home in a jiffy:

Mix

In a bowl, add the tuna and fluff it with a fork to break it up. Add in the mayonnaise and stir it into the fish. Add all remaining ingredients and stir until everything is well combined.

DEVOUR

Serve on lettuce and enjoy!

How to serve Tuna Salad

If your belly is hungry and you are all ready for some delicious keto tuna salad lunch, it’s time to serve it up for yourself and your crew and dig in! I recommend serving the salad mixture on lettuce leaves- I love green leaf lettuce or butter lettuce, but it will be delicious on any other type of lettuce, too.

How to store Keto Tuna Salad

Now that your salad is all mixed up and you’ve enjoyed some of it, it’s time to put away the leftovers for another great meal (this makes the BEST leftovers!). I recommend storing the salad without the lettuce in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Once you’re ready to eat it, simple mix it with the lettuce and enjoy!
