After over a decade of managing and enjoying restaurants in Manhattan and Las Vegas, I am applying my love of cuisine to hosting dinner parties and pleasing the biggest critics, my toddlers. From farms (and vineyards) in the Hamptons, to our small-town butcher, marina, and local cheese shop, I love cooking with the freshest ingredients and trying new recipes and flavor combinations. I have followed the Whole 30 diet, both strictly and a bit leniently, to help with inflammation, sugar cravings, and fatigue for the last ten years.
I come from a family of chefs and bakers, who have influenced my most loved meals and recipes. My grandparents came from Germany to New York, where they owned a cafe. My dad is a lifelong chef and culinary teacher and my mom owned a Bed and Breakfast in the Hudson Valley.
