Enjoy every crispy bite of these Air Fryer Potato Wedges! They are packed with flavor and so easy to make! A great addition to any meal!
Potatoes!! ❤❤❤
I think because I spent many years not eating them due to fear of carbs, and now not having that fear, I’ve become pretty infatuated with potatoes.
Especially the way the air fryer makes them so crispy-crunchy-delicious like when we made air fryer sweet potato fries and air fryer roasted potatoes!
It even makes them great to start the day with air fryer breakfast potatoes.
These little wedgies have that magically crispety-crunchy BUT they have more SUBSTANCE due to their wedge-y nature.
And that substance is going to make hungry, potato-loving you VERY happy at your next meal.
Ingredients to make this Recipe
One of the BEST purchases I’ve ever made definitely has to be my air fryer. You can make SO many different types of food in it and it always turns out great! A few of my favorite easy recipes to whip up in the air fryer are air fryer butternut squash, air fryer salmon, and air fryer hard boiled eggs. Seriously- you can make SO many different delicious foods in the air fryer and it makes it SO easy! Today’s air fryer potato wedges have quickly become one of my go-to recipes for a tasty and satisfying snack, or as the perfect side dish for a meal! They only use a handful of ingredients to make and turn out BOMB every single time. Here’s what you’ll need to round up before you get started:
- Russet Potato
- Olive Oil
- Garlic Powder
- Onion Powder
- Paprika
- Sea Salt
- Ground Mustard

Serve up your wedges as desired and enjoy! DEVOUR!
How long to cook Potato Wedges in Air Fryer
You’ll want to cook these potato wedges until they are golden brown and perfectly crispy on the outside, while soft on the inside! This will take approximately 20 minutes in the air fryer!
Serve them up with some air fryer chicken breast and you are ready to eat!
Air Fryer Potatoes Serving Suggestions
These tasty crispy wedges of goodness are DELICIOUS all on their own, but they also make a great side to a meal or are fantastic when dressed up a little. Here are a few ideas on how to enjoy them:
- Dip away: Go ahead and dip these wedges into some ketchup, low carb sugar free bbq sauce, or mango curry paleo bbq sauce!
- Burgers: Instead of fried, serve up these tasty and flavorful wedges alongside your favorite burger- mine are cajun burgers with sweet potato buns!
- Air Fryer meal: Keep that air fryer theme strong by frying up some air fryer chicken nuggets and air fryer roasted asian broccoli to enjoy with your potato wedges.
Air Fryer Potato Slices FAQ
YES! These air fryer wedges are made only with potatoes, a small amount of oil, and spices for flavor. The air fryer is different than the deep fryer in that the result is SO similar, but you use much less oil!
Slice your potato in half, then cut each half into halves. Turn each quarter cut-side up, and slice down the middle of the point to create wedges.
I recommend russet potatoes to make these wedges as they crisp up really well! If you want to try red or yellow potatoes, they would probably work well too- go for it and let me know how they turn out!
