Ingredients

  • 1 lb lean ground turkey
  • 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 1/2 cups low-sodium beef broth
  • 1/2 cup light sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. In a bowl, mix ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, nutmeg, and allspice until well combined.

  • Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
